A true Wine lover I love the taste of wines and it is my drink of preference over other drinks. I enjoy a beer now and then but would much prefer a glass of wine. I would rather have a dry white wine over others. A white wine like a Ziffenel is my favorite or perhaps a Rhine.
Years ago I was able to see how wine is made from start to finish and found it amazing. I find wine is a very relaxing drink, one that I can drink slow and truly relax with. It goes with food of all kind and adds class to a meal.
