oh, which one to say!
oh, which one to say! I lived in Australia at about the time they were starting to experiment with growing grapes in the Barossa Valley. Now I like to enjoy a bottle of Barossa Valley wine now and then. It has turned out well. Now, in the part of Canada I live in, they are starting to cultivate grapevines in my area. Soon I will be able to enjoy locally produced wine. But often it is wine from Niagara, or BC, southern France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Argentina. That's a long list. I must say one of the surprises in my appreciation of wines came when I first tried icewine. I have never been able to gain an appreciation of icewine. I am sorry. Give me Merlot. Shiraz. Somebody once gave me a whole carboy of Shiraz. I truly gained an appreciation of it.
