I enjoy it all...
I enjoy it all... Believe it or not...I began my love of wine years ago with a Lambrusco...I still believe that is MaMa's juice. However, since then I of course first went directly to the wettest, sweetest wines I could find. Was stuck in that rut for quite awhile but through years of wine tasting and having an open palate I now enjoy the dries as well. I appreciate the way it sucks the moisture out of your mouth so that you can taste your food all that much better.
